Psychodynamic Therapy. road

Psychodynamic therapy is a form of talking therapy that is aimed at exploring the different elements in life, such as, meaningful events and significant relationships, in the past and present, and their impact on oneself, and his/hers internal world.

The Psychodynamic approach is focused on the conscious and unconscious parts of the mind, and it is used to enable thinking and feeling of things one might struggle to understand. For example, a repeated behaviour you would like to stop but you find it hard, or even impossible to.

Talking therapy can help you to cope with:
•Depression
•Anxiety
•Self esteem problems
•Loneliness
•Relationships issues
•Bereavement
•Addictions
•Problems related to gender identity and sexuality.
